CHRM Hector

Hector Vallini is a fun loving, suave ladies man who represents the Hispanic nationality of team CHRM. He's plenty intelligent but doesn't like to be for his school work. He is a family descendent of a long line of bull fighters which he interprets in his fighting style. His weapon is a double sided rocket launcher, dressed with a velvet blue cape. He doesn't wear proper armor because he prefers light cloths for quicker movement.
